Coaching and performance management is now a key competence required by managers. Investigation shows that organizations that have developed and adopted a coaching culture outperform organizations that have not done so. This project is about the development of Managers as Coaches (MAC).

The objective is to do two training courses one for the VET and the other for FP. MAC also develops skills and competencies to support and train adult students (managers, owners and / or directors) in the organisation.

The project will also contribute to the development of a stronger coaching culture within organizations and the training of both VET teachers / trainers, team leaders, managers and owners.
