Online shopping and the crisis of recent years have led to the closure of many businesses in neighbourhoods or in commercial areas for small businesses and retailers. It not only affects the commercial sector, but also the hotel-industry. Another cause are the large shopping centers that offer unique experiences that small businesses and retailers can not compete.

The objective of Letz Retail is developing a learning program for independent entrepreneurs or small businesses. This project is about adapting the individual offer to a new environment.

From this project it is expected that retailers and small businesses can have a new environment and have the opportunity to innovate.
