The youth unemployment rate has decreased over time, but it is still high in the EU. It is necessary to use a positive dynamic to motivate young people to learn the possibilities of entrepreneurial behavior, work skills and proactive attitude. SWIRL (Student Work Experience In Real Life) wants to achieve this.

The objective of the project is to develop learning teaching methods and contents for students who acquire skills for their working life. Students will use pedagogical and digital tools to help them learn these skills.

The impact is that SWIRL becomes a personal information network for young people in the workplace. This type of network has as an initiative to increase employability in students.
