Improve your soft skills!

Roam around the sea of knowledge and improve your soft skills!

In the name of the Skills+ project, we present you the Skills+ soft skills programme. The SKILLS+ project aims to improve the competitiveness of micro-enterprises in ICT sector by introducing a soft skills development programme, and to encourage sustainable development of these companies.

When you navigate across the Sea of Knowledge, you will be able to decide which island to explore and which buildings to search. You are the captain of defining your route, this means you are the one in charge of your own learning path. The islands represent the knowledge units (e.g. communication), which are made up of knowledge pills (e.g. negotiation and active listening), represented by the buildings.

On the 16th of February project partners met in Larnaca, Cyprus to finalise the Skills+ programme. Partners will start testing the programme with the target group in June. Are you interested in the Skills+ learning space? Subscribe for the pilot test! Contact Erna van der Werff via e.vanderwerff@bdfriesland.nl
